Creating a picture gallery is a great way to making the most of your photos and stylish way to add personality to your home.
Here are a few tips to get you started:
- Select the photos that you want to display, working with a theme is a good idea for example wedding, holiday or family. You can group different sizes together or all the same size, a mix of colour or black and white.
- After purchasing and fitting your photos into the frames, place it on a large table or on the floor and experiment with different layouts.
- Cut out old newspaper or scrap paper shapes of the various frames you want to hang and stick them on your wall with blue tack or masking tape.
- Next you replace your cutouts with the actual frames.
A smart idea for picture hanging are the Command strips, hanging your pictures without nails.
